Living on the Staffordshire/ Derbyshire border in the Uk I am very fortunate to have access to some of the best trout streams in England ie the Dove/Derbyshire Wye/Derwent and have been fly fishing them for over 25 years. I have been tying flys now for over 40 years and a qualified flyfishing /Flytying instructor for the last 25 years my love is tying dry flys for the river’s but I also enjoy tying flys in many different styles . My most recent project is opening a flyfishing shop in the town of Bakewell Derbyshire providing equipment and advice for the local area.
