I love fly tying. This beautiful hobby was brought to me through my guiding. I knew that my clients came to learn something new and most importantly to catch a beautiful trout or grayling on my beloved river. From the very beginning it was clear to me that without the right and well-targeted flies, success would not be possible.

My greatest inspiration at that time and forever is Davie McPhail. He is my guru. Without him I would never have understood the true beauty of this craft and its purpose so deeply. He deserves enormous gratitude for everything.

I love natural patterns, and my greatest passion is dry flies and their modifications. I also enjoy tying wet flies, spiders, and all kinds of natural nymph patterns.

However, my closest friends are owls, which I have been protecting and supporting for many years. I am also fortunate to be able to tie beautiful patterns using their feathers from time to time.
